Refund Policy

At England Web Design, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom web solutions and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our work — which involves time, planning, and custom design — we maintain the following refund policy:


1. Refund Eligibility

  • Before Work Begins:
    A full refund may be issued if no work has started and the request is made within 3 business days of payment.

  • After Work Begins:
    If work has commenced (including research, planning, or design drafts), a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the request.

  • Completed Projects:
    Once a project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registration, hosting, plugins, and third-party services purchased on behalf of the client.

  • Monthly maintenance or subscription-based services (cancel anytime, but no refunds for unused days).

  • Rush fees or expedited project add-ons.


3. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel the project, we will assess the stage of completion and issue a fair, partial refund if applicable. All intellectual property developed up to the cancellation point will remain the property of England Web Design until full payment is made.
